Let’s face it, when we start a fitness journey we get some pretty funny thoughts that come to us. It’s a struggle, that’s for sure. Below is a list of 10 real thoughts we all get when we start a fitness journey. Have you joined the fitness newbie struggle bus and had any of these thoughts? I know I have!
1. Everything hurts and I’m dying.
2. This gluten free bread tastes like cardboard.
I’d die for a cheeseburger and fries right now.
How does she do that?!?!?!?!?!?? That’s not even possible!
I have no idea what I am doing.
Pretend this vegetable is a doughnut….this vegetable is a doughnut…this vegetable is a doughnut….
I’m not even going to attempt those stairs.
Someone is going to have to help me up.
