10 Real Thoughts You Get When You Start A Fitness Journey


Let’s face it, when we start a fitness journey we get some pretty funny thoughts that come to us.  It’s a struggle, that’s for sure.  Below is a list of 10 real thoughts we all get when we start a fitness journey. 1. Everything hurts and I’m dying.
